Here's the problem with me posting recipes on here: I'm really not a recipe follower myself. I have like 10 cookbooks that I rarely use (mostly because, if there isn't a picture included, I'm not interested. How can you tell if you want to eat something if you can't see how delicious it looks??) and I subscribe to Martha Stewart's Everyday Food magazine. While I flip through the pages and drool over the recipes, I'm very hindered, first, by my vegetarianism and, second, by my inability to remember things to buy while shopping (even if I have a list).

So most of the time my cooking ends up being a bunch of crazy things thrown together and hoping for the best. Or I take a recipe that looks good with meat in it and try to figure out how to vegetarianize it or just subtract the meat altogether.

I will say that any recipies I post will be delicious. However, take measurements with a grain of salt, because generally I add things to taste or just throw however much looks right in and hope for the best.  What can I say? I'm a fly by the seat of my pants kind of cook. Right now, all of you are thinking: poor Mike.

But if you are brave enough to try, then here you go (Note: Click on the caption to view the recipe):
