So most of the time my cooking ends up being a bunch of crazy things thrown together and hoping for the best. Or I take a recipe that looks good with meat in it and try to figure out how to vegetarianize it or just subtract the meat altogether.
I will say that any recipies I post will be delicious. However, take measurements with a grain of salt, because generally I add things to taste or just throw however much looks right in and hope for the best. What can I say? I'm a fly by the seat of my pants kind of cook. Right now, all of you are thinking: poor Mike.
